Brad Arnold is a seasoned insurance professional, business owner, and sales
leader with more than 20 years of experience in insurance, agency
management, sales, and customer service. As the Owner and Agency
Manager of Arnold Insurance Angeny in Bristol, Tennessee, Brad oversees
all aspects of agency operations, including sales, marketing, financial
management, and client service. Under his leadership, the agency has grown
to manage approximately $2 million in annual premium across a diverse
portfolio of personal and commercial insurance products, including life,
health, Medicare, Medicaid, property and casualty coverage.
Prior to establishing his agency, Brad served as a District Manager and Sales
Leader with Aflac, where he managed and trained more than 25 agents,
oversaw over 100 corporate accounts, and was responsible for more than $1.5
million in annual premium. During his tenure, he increased district sales by
more than 75% and earned numerous honors, including Rookie of the Year
and multiple Top Sales Awards.
Throughout his career, Brad has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive
growth, develop high-performing teams, and build lasting client relationships.
His leadership experience extends beyond insurance, including successful
management roles in retail sales and operations, where he achieved
significant revenue growth and profitability improvements.
Licensed in Tennessee, Virginia, Alabama, South Carolina, and North
Carolina, Brad is recognized for his commitment to excellence, integrity, and
customer-focused service. He is also deeply involved in his community and
enjoys coaching youth sports, including football and baseball, where he helps
develop leadership, teamwork, and character in young athletes.
